For those who live in Oregon, HealthNet has the selection of PPO plans or short-term medical insurance plans. The PPO Basics plans available have three choices of deductibles, either $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000, and 100% coverage for in-network preventive and well-baby care. HealthNet has a large network of providers in their PPO network, with significant discounts when utilized. Because the plan is a PPO, you have the freedom to go in and out of network for care, depending on the provider you wish to see, and the amount you are willing to spend. These plans only cover one individual, with no option for adding dependents to the same plan, family members must apply for PPO Basics plan on their own. These plans also have the option of adding on vision and dental coverage.
